Hello, I’m Mahua Dutta.

Meet the Founder

Mahua Dutta

Founder & Wellness Educator

Mahua Dutta is a yoga educator, therapeutic yoga instructor and holistic wellness practitioner whose work brings together movement, mindfulness, meditation, Ayur Yoga, nutrition education and compassionate healthy-living guidance.

Her approach is educational, supportive and practical. Rather than positioning herself as a miracle specialist or promising guaranteed transformation, Mahua encourages individuals to understand their own needs, respect professional medical guidance and cultivate habits that can support well-being over time.

Her learning journey includes advanced study in Yogic Science and Ayur Yoga, yoga teacher training, therapeutic practice, meditation teaching, nutrition and dietetics, mudra therapy and Yoga Prana Vidya. These areas of study inform her work while also reinforcing the importance of professional boundaries. Yoga and wellness education can complement appropriate healthcare; they should not replace diagnosis, treatment or emergency support.

Mahua’s teaching philosophy is grounded in patient progress. A person may begin with five minutes of breathing, a chair-supported movement, a short relaxation or one more mindful meal. What matters is not performing wellness perfectly. What matters is creating a respectful relationship with one’s own body and continuing to learn.

As Holistic Yoga Wellness grows, Mahua hopes to remain both a teacher and a student—sharing what she has learned, continuing her education and listening carefully to the experiences of the community. That humility is central to the platform’s promise.

What we hold to

A softer set of principles

Rest without earning it

You do not have to be productive enough to deserve a pause. Rest is a starting point here, not a reward.

Made for real, uneven weeks

Life is not a clean routine. Everything is designed to survive the messy days, not only the calm ones.

Kept, not completed

These are companions, not checklists. There is no finish line and nothing to fall behind on.

At your own pace

One small practice, whenever it fits. Slow is welcome. Stopping and returning is welcome too.
